FAQ'S

What should my child do if they forget their planner?
If a pupil forgets their planner, they can always ask their tutor, Mr Calixte or myself for a temporary replacement. It's important to stay organised, but we understand that everyone has off days.

What happens if a pupil forgets their tie or other uniform items?
In case of forgotten uniform items, we have a small supply of spare ties and uniform pieces available in the school office. However, we encourage students to be responsible and make sure they come to school with the appropriate attire.

How can I stay updated on my child's progress in Year 10?
We use an online portal called arbor where you can access your child's grades, attendance, and any announcements. Parent-teacher meetings can also scheduled throughout the year to discuss progress and address any concerns.

What should I do if my child has an appointment during school hours?
If your child has an appointment scheduled,  please inform attendance via email (attendance@coopersschool.com) and cc in me and Mr Calixte. However, we do encourage parents to schedule appointments in the afternoon/ after school rather than in the school day so that your child's education and attendance is not affected in such a crucial year.

Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further assistance. Your child's education and well-being are our top priorities!
