About us

Our 1600 students have a desire to succeed and to learn. Relationships between students and staff are outstanding and staff enjoy opportunities to lead and participate in a wide range of extra-curricular activities and trips locally, nationally and abroad. We are vastly oversubscribed for admissions to Year 7 and our Sixth Form of 340 students is also oversubscribed and successful.

We are a part of the E21C Trust. We have extensive partnerships with schools, locally, nationally and abroad. This allows us to develop and share best practice with others and to both offer and access a range of professional development opportunities for our staff. We hope that our website will give you an insight into our school and that you will want to join our friendly, supportive and committed staff.

Induction and Support

We offer outstanding induction and support programmes with many opportunities for professional development which would suit those with a desire for career progression. Coopers School is part of the Bromley Schools’ Collegiate teacher training organisation. We are proud of our young people who are committed to their learning, and also of our reputation for academic excellence and the superb care our students receive.

Safeguarding Recruitment Statement

Coopers School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS).
